About The Position

The Marketing Element is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Multimedia Editor to join their team. This full-time position involves capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual narratives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and post-production processes, and will work collaboratively with the creative team and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and post-production with a keen eye for detail (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong knowledge of audio editing, sound effects, and music integration.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video editing and creative applications (e.g., Runway, Descript, etc.).
• Ability to create compelling motion graphics that enhance storytelling.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that aligns with client goals.
• Perform advanced video and audio editing, including transitions, effects, sound mixing, color correction, and optimization for various platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute visually engaging and cohesive stories across video projects.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance video editing and streamline processes.
• Design and incorporate graphics, animations, and typography to elevate video projects when needed.
• Add and edit sound effects, music, and audio enhancements to enrich the overall viewer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to ensure a unified vision.
• Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve video production quality.
