About The Position

At etrailer, we’re all about helping our neighbors make the most of their towing, trailering, and RV adventures—and video plays a critical role in supporting that journey. Our content helps neighbors feel confident by clearly showing how products work, how they’re installed, and what to expect in real-world use. As a Videographer, you’ll be hands-on in capturing and producing video content that supports our neighbors throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with teammates, product experts, and other creatives to bring products to life through clear, informative, and practical video. From setting up shots in the studio or shop, your work will directly support the personalized, over-the-counter experience etrailer is known for. If you’re detail-oriented, motivated, and excited to create content that helps people solve real problems, this is a role where your work will have a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Experience with video production, shooting, and editing
  • Working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
  • Experience in videography, media production, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience producing video content in studio or shop-style environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Confidence to share ideas, perspectives, and feedback
  • Curious, tech-minded approach to learning new tools and techniques

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video content that showcases product features, installations, and real-world use
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and related production equipment
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure accurate, clear, and engaging visuals
  • Edit video content to align with etrailer’s standards, tone, and educational approach
  • Maintain consistency across a wide variety of video content
  • Manage video files, footage organization, and basic asset workflows
  • Take responsibility for setting up and breaking down your work area daily
  • Support production schedules and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute ideas to improve video quality, workflow, and overall content effectiveness
