About The Position

Clean Nutra is one of the fastest-growing health and wellness brands in the world, powering over 12,000+ daily Amazon orders, 200+ product SKUs, and a rapidly expanding presence across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Our marketing team runs one of the most aggressive creative testing operations in the supplement space. Every week, we produce and test dozens of video creatives across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. That volume requires a constant stream of fresh footage - product shots, talking heads, UGC-style content, demos, unboxings, and behind-the-scenes clips. We're looking for a Videographer to own content capture in our in-house studio. You'll be the person behind the camera, making sure our video editors never run out of raw material to turn into winning ads. You'll work on-site in our dedicated content studio attached to our fulfillment warehouse in Las Vegas. Your job is simple: keep the footage flowing. You'll shoot product videos, work with UGC creators and talent, capture founder content, film B-roll, and document real warehouse operations - all to feed our editors and media buying team with fresh creative assets. This isn't a role where you shoot one polished brand video per month. We move fast. You might shoot a product demo in the morning, film a creator in the afternoon, and grab warehouse B-roll before end of day. Volume and consistency matter as much as quality. You'll work closely with our video editors and creative team to understand what's performing, what footage gaps exist, and what content we need next. Requirements

  • 2+ years of videography experience, ideally in a high-volume content or eCommerce environment
  • Strong technical skills with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio capture
  • Experience shooting product videos, talking head content, and lifestyle footage
  • Ability to direct non-professional talent and make people feel natural on camera
  • Comfortable working fast and producing high volumes of content without sacrificing quality
  • Organized and detail-oriented (file management and footage handoff matter here)
  • Proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)
  • Understanding of what makes content work on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own shoot schedule with minimal oversight
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area

Nice To Haves

  • Experience shooting content for direct response ads or performance marketing
  • Background in supplement, health, wellness, or DTC eCommerce brands
  • Experience working in or alongside a content studio environment
  • Basic editing skills (not required, but helpful for rough cuts and selects)
  • Photography skills for product stills and lifestyle imagery
  • Familiarity with AI video tools and how raw footage integrates into AI-assisted workflows
  • You've worked closely with editors and understand how to shoot footage that cuts well
  • Experience with live streaming or real-time content capture

Responsibilities

  • Shoot high-quality video content - daily product demos, talking heads, UGC-style footage, B-roll, and more
  • Film founder and team member content for ads, organic posts, and brand storytelling
  • Capture product shots, unboxings, and lifestyle footage for use across platforms
  • Shoot behind-the-scenes warehouse and fulfillment content for authenticity-driven ads
  • Produce a high volume of footage weekly to support multiple editors and campaigns
  • Direct and coach on-camera talent (founders, employees, Doctors, actors, UGC creators) to get natural, engaging performances
  • Work with influencers and creators when they visit the studio for content days
  • Help talent feel comfortable on camera and pull-out authentic reactions and testimonials
  • Coordinate shoot schedules and call times with the creative team
  • Maintain and operate all studio equipment - cameras, lighting, audio, and grip
  • Keep the studio organized, clean, and ready for same-day shoots
  • Manage footage ingestion, file organization, and handoff to editors
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure consistent video/audio quality
  • Track equipment needs and recommend upgrades as the team scales
  • Work with video editors to understand what footage they need and what's working in ads
  • Collaborate with media buyers to align content capture with campaign priorities
  • Stay current on platform trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and adapt shooting style accordingly
  • Provide footage that's optimized for vertical, square, and horizontal formats
  • Anticipate content needs and proactively capture assets before they're requested
