About The Position

At etrailer, we help our neighbors tow, camp, and travel with confidence. A big part of that is making sure our videos feel like having someone in the shop walking you through the job—clear, accurate, and easy to follow. As a Video Review Technician, you help make that happen. You’ll review installation and product demo videos to make sure they’re correct, complete, and truly helpful. You’ll work closely with our video team to fine-tune content, catch issues before they reach our neighbors, and keep everything aligned with how we like to teach and share. This role sits right at the intersection of product knowledge, content quality, and teamwork. If you like digging into the details, spotting what could be clearer, and helping others improve their work, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, especially when giving clear and constructive feedback.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right.
  • Ability to break down problems and offer practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A team-first mindset—you want to help others succeed, not just check a box.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video content, production, or quality review.
  • Familiarity with technical products, installs, or hands-on work.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review installation and product demo videos for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
  • Provide clear, practical feedback to video team members to help improve quality and consistency.
  • Make sure product details, fitment, and technical information are correct and easy to understand.
  • Coordinate reshoots when updates or fixes are needed.
  • Remove outdated or incorrect content so our library stays reliable.
  • Stay up to date on product changes, manufacturer updates, and internal processes.
  • Help track team performance and maintain reporting.
  • Work with team leads and leadership to solve content issues efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and help keep everyone aligned.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
  • Paid time off so you can recharge and stay balanced.
  • A collaborative, human-centered culture that values sharing perspective and learning together.
  • Opportunities to grow — technically, professionally, and personally.
  • You’ll be part of a team focused on helping real people solve real problems.
  • Your work directly impacts how confident our neighbors feel tackling their projects.
