We are seeking a Video & Social Content Producer to create compelling, high-impact video and social content that elevates our brand, engages our audience, and supports business goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who can own projects end-to-end—from concept to final delivery—while also helping shape our content strategy and mentor others. You will be responsible for producing video and social-first content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and our website. The right candidate brings strong storytelling skills, technical production expertise, and a deep understanding of what performs in today's digital landscape.

  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams to develop video and social content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Translate campaign goals into engaging, platform-appropriate content
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Lead the full video production lifecycle: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing
  • Produce a mix of short-form, long-form, and social-first content (reels, shorts, stories, promos, brand videos)
  • Capture and edit content for events, product launches, behind-the-scenes, and employee or customer stories
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform’s specs and audience behavior
  • Maintain high creative and production standards across all content
  • Develop and uphold brand voice, visual style, and storytelling consistency
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior producers, freelancers, or agency partners
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Organize and maintain video, photo, and audio asset libraries
  • Coordinate production schedules, equipment needs, and post-production timelines
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to refine creative approaches
  • Partner with marketing teams to test, learn, and optimize content based on engagement and reach
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and social media content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing, and platform-specific content
  • Proficiency with video production tools and software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing or in-house creative team
  • Motion graphics, animation, or basic design skills
  • Familiarity with paid social video and performance-driven content
  • Automotive restoration experience
