About The Position

In this role, you will lead the charge for a rapidly growing video technology business, focusing on hunting, accelerating, and closing high-value, strategic deals. You will operate autonomously, owning the full sales cycle and partnering with internal teams when leverage is needed. This position requires a decisive, resourceful, and results-driven professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You will be accountable for driving significant ARR growth, influencing product direction, and advocating for customer needs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of consecutive quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving Top 10% sales performance in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Expertise in navigating and closing complex six- and seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of modern SaaS sales processes, CRM management, and pipeline acceleration
  • Strong autonomy, drive, and ability to operate effectively with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into executive-level business value

Nice To Haves

  • experience selling video technology, media supply chain, or developer-focused tools, with a network in digitally mature sectors such as e-commerce, consumer goods, luxury goods, or technology

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process for strategic video-focused opportunities, from prospecting to close
  • Hunt and accelerate complex, high-value deals within net-new accounts
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on video technology, addressing customer challenges and requirements
  • Influence product roadmaps by relaying customer insights and strategic needs to internal teams
  • Strategically leverage GTM resources (AEs, Solution Engineers, SDRs) to maximize pipeline generation and deal acceleration
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned ARR quotas, demonstrating clear ROI
