We are seeking a talented and dynamic Video Production Specialist to join the Social Content team at Trove Brands. As a Video Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing engaging content across various social media platforms and our world class brands. Your primary goal will be to create social media content that captures the attention of our target audience, fosters brand loyalty, and drives increased engagement and growth for our various social channels.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of social media language, trends, and culture.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and more.
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to create visually compelling content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.
• A portfolio or links to your work is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Ideate, create, and curate captivating content, including but not limited to videos, photographs, graphics, GIFs, infographics, that resonate with our audience. This role will be working closely with our art directors and designers to ensure content is consistent and represents our brands well.
• Social Media Creative Direction: Collaborate with the Social Media Specialists and marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and creative concepts to leverage and incorporate into our content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
• Creator & Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant creators, models, and influencers to develop and/or capture social media content with.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with the brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and supports sales efforts.
