Targeted VictoryArlington, VA

About The Position

Targeted Victory is a full-service political marketing and public affairs agency that believes in one simple fact: Creative is the MOST important part of any campaign. We also believe the best creative happens when a talented producer supports it. That’s why we’re looking for a Video Producer to join our fast-growing team of world-class artists who are pioneering storytelling in emerging scrolling and swiping environments. In this role, you’ll be the steady driver behind the work: shaping production-ready plans, setting expectations early, and keeping timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned. You’ll help manage our creative pipeline and partner closely with editors and motion designers to bring concepts to life efficiently and at scale. You’ll also collaborate closely with client services teams to pressure-test scripts and outlines for clarity, audience fit, and a single-minded takeaway, helping the team avoid late-stage surprises and reduce rework (without being “the copywriter”). Powered by diversity, collaboration, and mutual support, our shop is building a revolutionary digital future. We’ve helped power more than $395 million in digital advertising, including billions of media-enriched emails and text messages, raising more than $1.95 billion for causes. If you want to elevate your abilities, advance your career in political marketing / public affairs, and work on the cutting edge of digital-first, mobile, and short-form creative, we want you on our team.

  • Experience managing and coordinating on-site video productions
  • Familiar with Adobe suite, Premiere, After Effects, Frame io etc
