Fluke’s in-house Creative Studio is looking for a Video Producer who blends creative vision with operational excellence. In this role, you’ll define and evolve an overarching vision for video at Fluke, ensuring individual projects connect into a cohesive, audience-first storytelling ecosystem that advances business goals. You’ll lead end-to-end development of video content for internal and external audiences—shaping direction, priorities, and long-term value—across longform, shortform, social media, webinars, livestreams, testimonials, and product demos. You’re equally comfortable brainstorming narrative arcs, crafting scripts and storyboards, securing shoots, directing talent, and guiding editors. You’ll partner closely with in-house visual designers and copywriters to shape ideas, then translate that creative vision into clear direction for external production partners and crew, ensuring the results are on brand, audience-first, and strategically effective.
