About The Position

Darktrace is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Video Producer to join our internal creative agency. This role is pivotal in delivering high-fidelity video assets from concept to final render, utilizing multiple production techniques across broadcast and digital channels. The Video Producer will be responsible for executing creative direction, creating brand-specific templates, establishing procedures, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who thrives on collaboration and can manage both internal creatives and external vendors. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to outline scripts and storyboards, ultimately assembling messaging into clear, compelling narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in video production, photography, motion graphics, communications, or related field
• A solid foundation in video post-production
• 3+ years of corporate/agency work as an editor/motion graphics artist
• 3+ years of experience shooting video in studio and remote environments
• Mastery of the Adobe Production Suite
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Familiarity with transcription software and ripping media from different sources

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver quality video content on time, on budget, on brief, and on brand
• Work with supervisors/producers to assess and scope inbound projects
• Determine and scope project resource requirements and engage vendors
• Connect directly with agencies, freelancers, and production companies as needed
• Facilitate all areas of pre-production including scripting, storyboarding, and motion animatics
• Provide expertise and guidance in reviews, ensuring best practices are applied during all phases of production
• Recommend and support new or improved departmental/workflow production procedures
• Consult with Creatives, Program Management, Marketing, and Ops from strategy launch through to delivery of final assets
• Facilitate all areas of production including video editing & compositing, motion graphics, sound design, shooting, audio recording, studio operations, lighting for video shoots, green screen composition & setup, and teleprompter use and setup
• Facilitate all areas of post-production including export of media into multiple file formats and specific conversion of files
• Ability to troubleshoot file issues
• QC all final deliverables before delivery to minimize project risks and extra cycles
