About The Position

As a Video Editor for Ignite, you will partner closely with Creative Directors and our Creative Services team to bring high-performing video campaigns to life. This dynamic, high-volume role focuses on transforming creative direction, stock assets, and client-provided materials into polished, conversion-driven video advertisements across streaming TV, social, and digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing a daily pipeline of video production requests, ensuring each asset meets brand standards, platform best practices, and performance goals. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong command of video editing and motion design principles. You are comfortable taking feedback, iterating quickly, and balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of video editing experience in a fast-paced, agency or in-house environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (additional Adobe Creative Suite tools a plus)
  • Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and digital advertising best practices
  • Experience creating content for digital platforms (social, CTV, programmatic video, etc.)
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback constructively
  • Portfolio or demo reel required with application

Responsibilities

  • Execute a high-volume queue of video production tickets on a daily basis
  • Create compelling video advertisements using stock footage, stock imagery, and client-provided assets
  • Translate creative briefs and direction into engaging, performance-driven video content
  • Implement revisions quickly and accurately to achieve client approval
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Creative Directors to deliver projects on time
  • Ensure all video assets align with digital platform best practices and performance goals
  • Maintain strong organization and workflow management to meet tight deadlines
