About The Position
WTVC is looking for a full-time Video Editor to work our weekend evening shift although other shifts are a possibility. Sinclair, Inc. Requirements
- College degree or experience in the field
- Knowledge of nonlinear editing technology like Avid Media Composer
- Team-player who can work under tight deadlines and multitask
Responsibilities
- Editing video for daily news coverage, digital platforms and special projects
- Monitoring and setting up feeds from various sources
- Collaborating with producers, reporters, anchors and directors on video for newscasts
- Assisting with video archives
- Meeting daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
