About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality videos for educational courses, YouTube VLOG content, and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on transforming raw footage into clear, compelling stories that educate, inform, and promote.
With guidance from the Director and Producer, you'll be the editor behind creating world-class educational and training content for the Dirt World.
Edit scripted and unscripted training courses, along with their associated promo content for digital and social purposes.
Support the broader Production Team by editing YouTube vlogs and marketing content as needed.
On occasion, assist the Podcast Producer with studio recordings.

Requirements

• You have at least 3-4 years experience editing video.
• Well versed in the Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.). You must edit in Adobe Premiere.
• You have a solid understanding of color correction and audio sweetening.
• You’re a team player, always eager to grow and open to notes and constructive feedback.
• You're flexible. We’re a small team, and pride ourselves in being able to cover and move.
• Basic camera skills.
• Good communication is key.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once and work under strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail and media management.
