About The Position

TopCoat Products is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role focuses on enhancing our brand image through various visual assets and promotional initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will manage and edit video content, create marketing materials, and collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing Directors to meet campaign objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of video editing experience in a professional environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
• 2-4 year degree in media or related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Typography & Color Theory.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge/experience in Adobe After Effects and compositing is a plus.
• A creative eye for improvements in visual content.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from Creative Director / Marketing Director regarding campaign details and creative expectations.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, including color grading, audio, lighting, typography, and effects.
• Create compelling visual assets such as product packaging designs, marketing materials, digital advertisements, website graphics, and logo designs.
• Maintain proper file management and asset management within a robust system.
• Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
