About The Position

Unlockt Brands is a hands-on consumer brand operator focused on building and scaling category-leading brands across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. We work closely with brands like Round Lab, Dr.Reju-all, Kanuda, and Heyhae, taking a performance-first approach while protecting brand integrity. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience editing videos specifically for Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and short-form storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
  • Experience editing UGC-style content for consumer brands
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality
  • Strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DTC or consumer brands (beauty/wellness a plus)
  • Familiarity with paid social metrics (hook rate, CTR, retention)
  • Motion graphics or simple animation skills
  • TikTok / Shorts editing experience

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-performing short-form video ads (6–45 seconds) optimized for Facebook & Instagram
  • Turn raw assets (UGC, influencer content, product footage) into scroll-stopping paid ad creatives
  • Create multiple creative variations (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs) for testing and iteration
  • Apply best practices for paid social: fast hooks, subtitles, mobile-first framing
  • Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to refine creatives based on performance data
  • Actively suggest creative ideas and improvements—not just execute instructions
