About The Position
Our inventory services company specializes in providing precise counts of inventory for hospital systems. We are currently seeking detail-oriented Video Documentation Specialists for a temporary assignment. These individuals will be responsible for capturing high-quality video documentation of hospital inventories using GoPro cameras, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate representation of each item. The role requires navigating various hospital departments and areas, recording detailed video footage of inventory items, and ensuring that all items are captured clearly, including labels, barcodes, and any other relevant details. The Video Documentation Specialist will coordinate with on-site hospital personnel as necessary to access specific inventory areas or items. After recording, the specialist will upload the videos to the designated platform or database using a personal laptop. Collaboration with off-site personnel is essential to review footage and confirm the absence of errors or omissions. Adherence to all hospital guidelines and protocols is mandatory, and maintaining a professional demeanor is crucial. The specialist will also need to address any discrepancies or issues with immediate supervisors and maintain open communication with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to travel to various hospital locations across the U.S., with all travel expenses covered by Z5 Inventory, as well as a $50 food per diem reimbursement for each day away from home. The work environment is fast-paced and can be hectic at times, but it provides an excellent opportunity to improve leadership, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
