The Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions (APCS) YouTube Solutions team in a fast paced, complex cross-functional environment. As a Video Data and Measurement Lead, you will help to build demand, negotiate and manage complex commercial agreement frameworks and disrupt the ever-changing video landscape. You will understand of how YouTube and DV360 can support an advertiser’s business objectives and drive value for Agencies. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media measurement and analytics from an agency, advertiser, publisher or consultancy with a focus on video, streaming or social media.
  • Experience in first-party and third-party marketing measurement and analytics techniques and solutions (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), experiments, attribution, incrementality, reach, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the measurement requirements and timelines associated with the agency landscape and media planning and buying cycle.
  • Experience owning executive research, analytics and measurement relationships at an agency or advertiser.
  • Familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), etc.).
  • Knowledge of Google measurement and planning products and services (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of the YouTube, creator ecosystem, and video/streaming and social media/marketing landscape.
  • Excellent collaborator with building meaningful and fruitful relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate YouTube business growth, aligning agency video data and measurement strategies with key upfront opportunities to help clients better plan, measure, and optimize YouTube media.
  • Set annual video measurement strategies with Agency leadership, creating innovative, client-aligned measurement and thought leadership research plans using third-party and Google measurement best practices.
  • Serve as a primary video measurement expert to the Sales teams, translating complex data and insights into compelling, actionable, story-driven narratives that arm sellers to win major streaming, creator, and sponsorship deals.
  • Consult with agencies on media/data objectives to drive the adoption of Google's measurement suite and third-party partner solutions, proving the value of YouTube investments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with advertisers and data, measurement and analytics specialists to drive adoption of measurement solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights and recommended actions.
