About The Position

As a Video Content Manager on the Marketing team, you will own how Rillet shows up on screen. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, high-impact video content that brings our product, customers, and category to life. You will work across brand, demand generation, community, events, and product marketing to turn ideas into compelling video assets. This is not a support role. You will shape narrative, own execution, and raise the creative bar for how we tell Rillet’s story across channels. You will help define what “great” looks like for video at Rillet — from short-form social content to long-form product explainers, customer stories, event videos, and founder-led narratives. We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience creating video content for B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging narratives
  • Hands-on experience with filming, editing, and post-production
  • Comfort owning projects end-to-end with minimal direction
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating video content for demand generation, social, or brand campaigns (preferred)
  • Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end video production, from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and distribution
  • Create compelling video content across formats: product videos, customer stories, event highlights, social clips, explainers, and campaigns
  • Partner with marketing, community, and demand gen to align video content with growth goals
  • Collaborate with founders, executives, and subject-matter experts to capture authentic, high-signal narratives
  • Develop repeatable formats and templates that scale video output without sacrificing quality
  • Ensure all video content reflects Rillet’s brand, voice, and high creative bar
  • Experiment with new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches to drive engagement and demand
