About The Position
The City of Phoenix is seeking a Video Conferencing Coordinator within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department. This full-time role is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting video conferences and virtual meetings using Cisco Webex. The coordinator will ensure the seamless operation of online meetings, assist users with technical issues, and provide logistical support for scheduling, security, and post-meeting follow-up. The position serves as the primary point of contact for all Webex-related inquiries and conducts system maintenance and new deployments as required by city employees.
