Perform installation and setup of new equipment as per request Perform troubleshooting for TV or projector display related issues Troubleshoot the wire connectivity "How to" and issues Support and resolve "How to" queries raised by conference room users. Troubleshoot the Audio & Video related issues that occurs in single device Support and resolve the issues reported for conference room related tools (e.g. click to share, sign-in device, etc.) Perform break-fix on broken or faulty conference room equipment / hardware Support & perform conference room hardware replacement / refresh process Support conference room equipment Inventory management by working with customer & vendor Perform Physical device reboots requested by engineering support team Co-ordination with cross support teams Willingness to travel to different close by sites
