About The Position
This position requires at least 2 days in the office, with additional days based on workload, as well as occasional travel for events. As a member of the Global Brand and Communications team, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead and support video and event productions tailored to specific groups of internal and external audiences. When supporting projects, you will be working across the Enterprise Creative departments as part of a broader Global Brand & Communications team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting Production team members with large, complex video and live event productions which may include tasks like operation and maintenance of equipment, logistics coordination, on-site support, stock footage identification, media management, postproduction archiving, video editing and more. Additional responsibilities include liaising between Production leads and various outside vendors to drive on-budget work and coordinating videographers, sound recordists, staging companies, and freelance crews. When leading project work, the responsibilities of this role will include video pre-production logistics, coordinating shooting, editing, as well as live, virtual and hybrid events produced on Zoom, in boardrooms, conference centers, Liberty’s onsite studio, ballrooms, etc.
