Locate victims entitled to restitution and assists with restitution disbursement. Provide information to victims regarding status of cases; Notify victims of pending court action; inform victims when offenders are placed on probation. Interfaces with Court and District Attorney’s office and assists in Court as needed. Assist with locating absconders that owe restitution. Refer victims to programs available to provide service to them. Serves as the CSCD Court Liaison Personnel for the weekly Jail Docket. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3 years job related experience.
  • Good computer and typing skills; organizational skills and ability to complete assigned projects
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
