About The Position
Winston-Salem State University is seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Vice Provost for Student Success-a key role responsible for shaping and advancing the student experience from recruitment to graduation. As the Vice Provost for Student Success, you will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for WSSU's student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation efforts. You'll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with university leadership to design holistic student success initiatives that support WSSU's mission and performance goals.
