About The Position
PROGRAM: Secondary Division POSITION: Vice Principal MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: NJ Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility 7 years successful teaching experience Such alternatives to the above that the Superintendent may find appropriate ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES: Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in: Developing academic and extracurricular opportunities that support at-risk secondary students Coaching, mentoring or otherwise supporting teachers Planning professional learning experiences for teachers Collaborating with parents and community stakeholders Analyzing student achievement data and using it to inform instructional decisions Development of curriculum and/or instructional initiatives Contributing to a positive school climate Active participation in managing school operations, including budget, scheduling, testing, etc.
Requirements
- NJ Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
- 7 years successful teaching experience
