Role Overview The Infrastructure team is seeking a Vice President to support the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management of infrastructure investments across core, core‑plus, and value‑add strategies. The VP will play a hands‑on role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior deal team members and portfolio company management teams

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of total experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, energy/transition investing, or related sectors.
  • Prior experience at: Infrastructure private equity or infrastructure credit funds
  • Private equity funds with strong infrastructure exposure
  • Investment banking (Infrastructure / Power / Energy / Sponsors), with buyside experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience across: Full‑cycle investing (sourcing → execution → portfolio management)
  • Complex financial modeling and structuring
  • Investment Committee materials and senior‑level presentations
  • Strong understanding of: Project finance and cash‑flow‑based assets
  • Regulatory frameworks and long‑duration assets
  • Outstanding analytical, judgment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and “play up” in a lean deal team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all aspects of the investment process, including: Deal sourcing and screening
  • Financial modeling and valuation
  • Commercial, technical, regulatory, ESG, and legal diligence
  • Transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution
  • Prepare and present investment materials for internal review and Investment Committee.
  • Actively support portfolio companies post‑close, including: Board participation and observer roles
  • Strategic initiatives, acquisitions, financings, and exits
  • Ongoing performance monitoring and valuation analysis
  • Coordinate with internal partners (Capital Markets, ESG, Risk, Legal, Operations).
  • Develop deep expertise across infrastructure subsectors (e.g., energy transition, power, utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure).
  • Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
  • Support thematic research and proactive sourcing initiatives.
  • Mentor and oversee Associates and Analysts.
  • Work collaboratively across global Infrastructure and Alternatives teams.
