About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics, Management, or a closely related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of underwriting experience in the real estate investment industry.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel and Argus to build complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and source new investment opportunities.
• Compile investment memos outlining deal summaries, key highlights, risks, and mitigants.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on all major aspects of a deal including economics, legal, zoning, and environmental factors.
• Oversee the performance and management of existing investments.
• Build complex financial models.
• Mentor junior associates and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
