A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE As the VP of Workforce Enablement, you will head up Workforce, Quality & Talent Acquisition (Philippines) teams. You will be accountable for enterprise-wide workforce enablement functions that underpin Acquire Intelligence’s operational performance and growth. You will lead Global Workforce Management, Quality and Quality Assurance, and the Philippines Talent Acquisition function, ensuring workforce supply, service quality, and operational efficiency are aligned to business demand and client commitments. This role ensures the right people are hired at the right time, at the right cost, and to the right standard, while continuously improving productivity, quality outcomes, and speed-to-market through automation, AI, and disciplined governance. You will operate as a strategic partner to Operations, People & Culture, IT, and Client leaders, supporting scalable growth, risk management, and sustained service excellence.
