The Vice President of Wholesale will lead and execute the strategic vision for SPANX’s wholesale business, driving revenue growth, maximizing gross margin, and strengthening our long-standing retail partnerships across multiple market segments—including high-end, mass-market, specialty, value, and e-commerce retail. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance long-term strategic expansion with short-term performance goals, identifying white-space opportunities while optimizing existing wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, driving operational excellence, and understanding consumer demand trends to maximize sell-through and profitability. This individual will oversee a team of 20+ account managers, sit on the SPANX Leadership Team, and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
