Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline (Masters preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in business development and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams specializing in water and wastewater projects across Texas.
• Drive business development efforts, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the water practice.
• Provide technical oversight on project design, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and execution of multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term vision, operational excellence, and market expansion.
