We are seeking a visionary, data-driven Vice President, Global Dining Venue & Product Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy driving restaurant and hospitality venue acquisition, retention, and product adoption across the Resy and Tock within the American Express Global Dining Network. This leader will unify acquisition, lifecycle, and product engagement programs under one cohesive strategy -- overseeing teams responsible for venue growth, retention, and product marketing to deliver an integrated, measurable approach across every stage of the venue journey. The VP will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and the broader marketing organization to build a unified marketing ecosystem across acquisition, engagement and product adoption to advance success of venue partners throughout the Global Dining Network.

  • Oversee acquisition, inbound, and demand generation strategies for hospitality venues.
  • Define lead generation strategies to support Global Dining Sales team objectives, optimizing funnel conversion and efficiency.
  • Partner with Global Dining Brand and Sales teams to align targeting, insights, and channel strategy for acquisition.
  • Oversee site, display and media, content, referral, and SEO initiatives that expand reach and awareness in key markets.
  • Lead strategies and programs to strengthen engagement, retention, and increase long-term value.
  • Develop communications and marketing that reinforce the benefits of Resy, Tock and Amex Global Dining.
  • Partner with the Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success and Product to support onboarding, adoption, and utilization of key features.
  • Define KPIs and ensure marketing drives improvements in engagement and churn reduction.
  • Lead newly created Product Marketing function, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Program teams to define how new features are marketed, merchandised, and adopted by venue partners through clear storytelling and integrated campaigns.
  • Translate product innovation into clear customer value, ensuring every feature launch is supported by cohesive marketing, education, and in-market execution.
  • Analyze and optimize performance product marketing performance to strengthen engagement, adoption and retention.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team spanning growth, retention and product.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Brand leaders to ensure unified GTM planning and messaging.
  • Partner with the Operations, Insights & Planning team to align on KPIs and optimize marketing performance.
  • Champion the voice of the venue across Global Dining, representing operator needs and opportunities to influence broader strategy.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and resources to scale marketing and drive growth.
  • 12-15 years leading integrated B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS, marketplace, or hospitality tech.
  • Proven track record driving acquisition, adoption, and retention through multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Deep expertise in growth, lifecycle, and product marketing and to unifying them into a cohesive strategy.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into compelling narratives and GTM.
  • Expertise in managing and scaling high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Understanding of restaurant and hospitality industries and operator motivations.
  • Highly analytical; adept at data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Passionate about helping restaurants and hospitality venues succeed through innovative marketing.
  • Background in marketing SaaS and with accountability toward sales and adoption.
  • Excel at building strategy and structure in a growing, fast-paced organization.
