About The Position
The Vice President, Value & Market Access Strategy is a critical role within Cogent Biosciences commercial organization. Reporting to the SVP, Market Access, he/she works closely with a cross-functional group including Medical, Account Managers, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Commercial Operations and external stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, HEOR & budget impact models (value models) to ensure broad patient access. He/She is responsible for the development and execution of HEOR models and payer marketing strategies to secure, maintain and drive optimal access for Cogent's product portfolio. The role is also responsible for strategic pricing and contracting for the Cogent portfolio. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive cross-functional execution both internally and externally.
