About The Position

The Vice President, Total Rewards at Breakthru Beverage Group is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive total reward programs that align with the company's vision and strategy. This position collaborates with executive leadership to drive HR initiatives that enhance employee motivation, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Board level reporting experience and experience driving HR transformational initiatives.
  • Strong leadership style characterized by collaboration and approachability.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and federal/state laws governing benefits.
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly in MS Office and presentation software.
  • Results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytic and reporting skills with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the design, development, implementation, and administration of all total rewards programs including compensation and benefits.
  • Develop materials for Board of Managers and Compensation Committee presentations.
  • Evaluate and assess current rewards programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address compensation and benefits challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain a competitive compensation structure that adapts to market changes.
  • Provide input into the communication strategy for total rewards programs.
  • Regularly review and refresh compensation, benefits, and HRIS policies and procedures.
  • Assess and develop HR tools and reporting capabilities to align with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive decision-making on vendor proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws regarding benefits and compensation.
