The Opportunity As the Vice President, Technology Solutions & Products, you will lead Abt Global’s strategy to monetize technology solutions and products, driving innovation and impact across our portfolio. You will identify scalable opportunities, develop market-ready offerings, and collaborate with project teams to implement technology solutions that deliver measurable value for clients. Your work will shape Abt’s future as a leader in digital transformation, empowering teams to deliver solutions that improve lives globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree + Fifteen years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree + Twelve years of relevant experience, or PhD + Ten years of relevant experience
- Proven success in monetizing technology solutions in a consulting, government, or mission-driven context.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data analytics, software development, and digital transformation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- US work authorization is required.
Nice To Haves
- MBA, MS in Computer Science, or related advanced degree (preferred).
- Experience in public health, health or environmental policy preferred.
- Familiarity with federal contracting and compliance requirements (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a roadmap for monetizing Abt’s technology solutions, including SaaS, data platforms, and digital tools.
- Leads solution architecture initiatives and ensures technology offerings remain competitive in the federal marketplace.
- Partners with delivery & growth leaders to ensure proposed solutions are achievable, scalable, and transition smoothly into execution.
- Establishes reusable solution frameworks, templates, and playbooks for efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and launch market-ready technology products.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to development, deployment, and support.
- Ensure solutions are user-centric, secure, scalable, and aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Champion agile methodologies and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate technology solutions into client engagements.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Build reusable frameworks and toolkits to accelerate implementation across projects.
- Collaborate with the finance organization to develop pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and business cases for technology offerings.
- Support business development teams in positioning and selling tech-enabled solutions.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for impact and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects, product managers, and technologists.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent Abt’s technology vision internally and externally, including with government clients and industry partners.
