SiriusXM is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Technical Program Management to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across our product and technology portfolio. This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and leads a large team of technical program managers. This is a critical leadership role responsible for translating company vision into an actionable, enterprise-wide roadmap that aligns resources to deliver on both SiriusXM's strategic objectives and customer commitments. You will oversee technical program management across a broad range of critical initiatives, including Commercial, OEM Launches & Updates, Martech, Ads Tier, Ad Tech, and multiple Listener Experience domains-such as App & Auto, Pandora, CarPlay & Android Auto, as well as Discovery & Personalization, and Auto Client Enablement. Your role will require close coordination with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to operationalize delivery across this diverse portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimization, and measurable outcomes. With deep expertise in large-scale program delivery, agile execution, and lifecycle management, you will be instrumental in driving innovation, accelerating time-to-market, and building a high-performing TPM organization equipped to scale with SiriusXM's future growth and evolving customer needs.

  • Serve as the executive leader reporting progress for complex, company-wide initiatives across identity, commerce, media, data, and user experience domains.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of high-priority programs, aligning scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver on strategic business goals.
  • Define and lead end-to-end software development lifecycle processes, with accountability for architectural integration and technical interdependencies.
  • Partner with senior engineering, product, and design leaders to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, ensuring program delivery matches organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations to convert high-level initiatives into executable, measurable workstreams.
  • Lead cross-functional communication and change management efforts, ensuring transparent status updates, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking across all initiatives.
  • Drive consistency in execution through standardized program review ceremonies, launch operations, and postmortems in partnership with Product Operations.
  • Identify and resolve execution risks early, support agile maturity, and advocate for continuous process improvements across the TPM function.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability within the TPM and broader tech org.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for technical or organizational optimization to unlock future growth and efficiency.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a geographically distributed team of TPMs to scale with the demands of SiriusXM's evolving product and technology roadmap.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in product, engineering, or program management, with deep expertise in leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
  • 8+ years of people management experience, including the leadership of global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success managing programs in cloud-native environments, with architectural systems understanding and technical fluency.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt and apply various frameworks at scale.
  • Experience in media or consumer technology sectors strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the company.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for team collaboration, offsites, or partner engagements.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Base salary range of $243,000 to $325,000 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
