This senior Talent consultant role is a strategic partner to executive leadership in P&C and the business unit and is responsible for developing and delivering an end to people strategy enabling the attraction, engagement, development and retention of the talent required for a large, complex, and global business unit(s). The role requires deep collaboration with executive business leaders, P&C partners, and COE’s to drive a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready culture. The Talent Consultant will also play a critical role in leading/supporting change management initiatives, that support organization transformation to ensure Mastercard remains competitive in a rapidly evolving environment.
