Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of management experience.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing strategic plans across learning design, learning platforms, and program management.
  • Strong business acumen and a data‑informed approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing senior leaders with confidence and clarity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable effective cross‑functional partnership at all levels of the organization.
