The Vice President of Talent Acquisition is a senior enterprise leader and member of the People Leadership Team responsible for delivering a highly effective, efficient, and data-driven talent acquisition function at national scale. This role leads a team of 200+ teammates who deliver approximately 15,000 hires annually across frontline caregiver, corporate, leadership and executive roles. This leader will set strategy, drive execution, and continuously improve how DaVita attracts, hires, and onboards teammates, ensuring the right teammates are in the right roles at the right time to support exceptional patient care. This role will establish strong operating rhythms, governance, and stakeholder partnership models to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across the enterprise hiring process.
