About The Position
Eaton is hiring for a Vice President Supply Chain Operations - Capacity Management opportunity. This position can be based remotely within the United States with preference to the following Eaton's hub locations: Cleveland OH, Pittsburgh PA, Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC, Milwaukee WI, Houston TX or Detroit MI. 50 percent travel is anticipated. The Vice President Supply Chain Operations - Capacity Management reports directly to the EVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer. This position is a critical leadership role within our newly established Integrated Supply Chain Operations function. Through unifying the Supply Chain and Operations teams, we are enhancing the sharing of best practices, establishing standardized processes, driving improvements, and creating models for career development and effective collaboration. As part of the global Operations team, this role will collaborate across various business units globally to develop an enterprise strategy for Operations capabilities. This strategy will encompass capital allocation optimization, capacity enhancement, and footprint rationalization, thus providing a holistic approach to operational efficiency.
