About The Position
Join Barclays as a Vice President-Strategy and Transformation where you will lead the execution of strategic projects, develop USCB Servicing Strategy and ensure successful delivery of requirements to achieve long-term, tangible impacts for the bank. The Strategy and Transformation team drives organizational strategy, business transformation, and operational enhancements across Barclays US Consumer Bank. We partner with senior leaders to lead large-scale projects across the organization, deliver actionable insights, and execute high-impact solutions from ideation to implementation.
