The position leads the business development team in North America to achieve the desired financial results and ensures overall productivity and effectiveness of the Business Development team working with OEC’s developing markets. It fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and assists the Executive Leadership Team in defining organizational goals and strategic plans.
