About The Position

Entravision Communications Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives for Broadcast to lead the development and execution of high-impact initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and strategic positioning across the company’s linear media ecosystem. This role serves as a central driver of Entravision’s most critical cross-functional efforts, operating at the intersection of content, business strategy, partnerships, and public influence. The Vice President will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, lead complex initiatives, and ensure alignment across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and the ability to translate strategic vision into execution while maintaining a focus on audience relevance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in broadcasting, digital media, or content strategy, with a proven record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive-level project management, with the ability to structure, prioritize, and drive multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic media landscape and sophisticated knowledge of multi-platform content ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships, content initiatives, and growth opportunities, including live and experiential formats.
  • Strong judgment and leadership in high-visibility, politically sensitive environments, with the ability to manage complexity and mitigate risk.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills, with the ability to influence and mobilize teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project management of high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring disciplined execution, cross-functional alignment, and high-impact delivery.
  • Provide senior-level oversight on politically sensitive initiatives, content, and partnerships, helping position Entravision as a trusted and influential voice in key political and civic conversations for broadcast.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate editorial, operational, and reputational risks, establishing frameworks in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
  • Drive integrated content strategies across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms, aligned with audience behaviors and market opportunities.
  • Identify, develop, and launch new content initiatives and live event experiences that expand audience engagement, brand relevance, and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and business initiatives that enhance distribution, capabilities, and monetization.
  • Lead cross-platform integration efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximizing impact across television, radio, and digital ecosystems.
  • Identify and advance innovation opportunities, including new formats, emerging platforms, and evolving technologies such as AI.
