Optum Whole Health Solutions (WHS) has an opportunity for a VP, Solution Sales Executive to sell complex medical and behavioral solutions to payers. This position will have primary responsibility for business development activity including prospecting, qualification, value demonstration, and opportunity closure. The candidate must have direct selling and solutioning expertise, be a dynamic, multi-level thinker and have a solid willingness to help clients solve their problems specific to clinical complex and chronic conditions. WHS portfolio consists of products and services that help to manage the medical, behavioral, and pharmacy expenses for complex and specialized populations by providing support services and tools that enable consumers to make informed decisions manage their health conditions and client organizations better insight into managing their populations. WHS improves outcomes and reduces total cost of care with provider decision support, utilization management, networks/centers of excellence, payment integrity and specialized clinical management. We serve the unique needs of a population by delivering effective and sustained consumer engagement. Our Solutions bring clinical, financial and operational data together from across the enterprise and provides actionable analytics for Payers to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve patient care.
