About The Position
Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks a Vice President, Software Engineer in New York, New York. The role involves developing a formula software engine to allow configuration of calculations for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Reporting needs. The candidate will host software design workshops with internal clients to understand the business processes including data collection, calculations, audit, controls, and attestations. Additionally, the role requires conducting in-depth analysis of Balance Sheet and P&L forecasting models to map data into the reporting models for Fed CCAR reporting and collaborating with clients to deliver the fed reporting solution. The use of Agile Methodology to plan, manage and measure performance is essential. The candidate will coordinate with team members in different locations to manage software code delivery and work closely with Finance project managers to define milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week.
