About The Position

The Vice President, Shark Beauty, will lead the global marketing strategy for SharkNinja's skincare device categories. This role is essential in shaping Shark Beauty's growth trajectory through innovative product launches and consumer-focused branding efforts. The VP will drive the vision for Shark Beauty Skincare, ensuring the brand is positioned as an industry leader in beauty technology.

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the beauty, personal care, or consumer tech industries.
• Expertise in product launches, and brand strategy, particularly within skincare categories.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, driving innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills, with a focus on delivering measurable marketing impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for SharkNinja's skincare products, aligned with the company's business objectives and brand values.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the development and execution of successful product launch campaigns, ensuring maximum market impact and consumer engagement.
• Build and enhance SharkNinja's skincare brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all channels.
• Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand voice.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive online engagement and sales.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance SharkNinja's skincare marketing strategy.
