About The Position
The Vice President, Senior Business Analyst Regulatory at BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. is responsible for presenting conceptual and functional solutions to support business requirements. The role involves designing, documenting, and overseeing technical solutions that meet these requirements, as well as providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions. The analyst will analyze detailed functional requirements and specifications, create technical specification documents, and define business flows, data flows, and architecture that promote dynamic and scalable solutions. Additionally, the position requires defining high-level design principles related to any build in the Regulatory Reporting tool, leading post-implementation reviews, conducting retrospectives, identifying best practices, and advocating for process improvements. The analyst will also work on IT project organization and activities planning/timeline, comply with all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery, and communicate with teams and project stakeholders while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Telecommuting is permitted 50%, allowing work to be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNPP office in Jersey City, NJ.
