We are actively growing our SBA Lending team and looking for experienced sales professionals to help grow the SBA division across our nationwide footprint. Currently looking for talent in any of the following markets: Pacific Northwest; Southern California; Arizona; Florida; Texas; Georgia.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SBA lending sales experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of SBA lending policies and procedures.
  • Formal credit training, preferred.
  • Evidence of sales and business development success.
  • Established network of referral sources.
  • Ability to analyze and understand financial statements of various business types as well as personal financial statements and tax returns.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personal drive and initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new loan opportunities with a focus on outbound sales.
  • Prospecting new clients and developing existing relationships.
  • Leveraging relationships with centers of influence in the community.
  • Evaluating loan opportunities with sound credit judgement.
  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of high-quality, profitable relationships.
  • Bringing deals through the approval and closing process.
  • Preparing management reports.
