Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including seniors, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services. We are seeking a Vice President Sales Planning and Operations to lead the Entegra Sales Operations team. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Sales Officer, this leader will direct Entegra's investments in sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales force productivity in a B2B environment. These include sales planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, commission plan management administration, recruiting of sales force talent, and the build out and implementation of our tech stack. This key individual will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success. The leader may manage one or more Directors/Managers Sales Operations, and our inside sales function. This is a virtual role, and the preferred candidate will reside close to a major U.S. airport.
