About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact by owning the preparation and review of examination briefing materials, presenting summaries to internal stakeholders, and driving the regulatory issue-response process end to end. This includes setting agendas, chairing meetings, maintaining action-tracking logs, and enforcing deadlines. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to oversee a portfolio of regulatory projects, challenging assumptions, escalating critical risks, and steering timely resolution. The position requires ensuring compliance with reporting and governance frameworks, escalating material gaps to senior leadership, and convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to align on exam scope, remediation strategies, and risk tolerances. You will apply seasoned judgment to troubleshoot and resolve complex regulatory matters, lead process-improvement initiatives leveraging AI and automation, and manage confidential administrative and coordination duties. At BNY, the culture fosters employee growth and success as a leading global financial services company influencing nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets. Teams utilize cutting-edge AI and breakthrough technologies to collaborate with clients, driving transformative solutions and redefining industries.
