About The Position

As Vice President, Regional Sales, you will be a key member of the CRL leadership team, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and leading a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization. You’ll shape strategy, inspire teams, and deliver impactful solutions that strengthen our market position.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and leading world-class sales organizations
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 7+ years leading large-scale teams
  • Experience managing $400M+ revenue portfolios
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Inspirational, coaching-oriented leadership style with a focus on team development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience driving large-scale change initiatives and organizational transformation
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • High integrity, accountability, and commitment to results
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, or building products industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Align sales objectives with broader business strategy through forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Build and maintain annual segment plans to acquire new customers, grow market share, and expand into new markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to align priorities, campaigns, and resources
  • Design and optimize sales structures including territories, roles, quotas, and incentive programs
  • Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Establish pricing strategies, controls, and reporting to maximize portfolio value
  • Oversee sales operations, KPIs, and performance management systems
  • Strengthen pipeline management and forecasting to ensure consistent revenue generation
  • Collaborate with leadership on SIOP planning and demand forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Champion organizational agility, continuous improvement, and change initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
