Reporting to the General Counsel, the Vice President, Regional Counsel - North America provides strategic legal oversight for our North American operations. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by managing contracting activities, supporting proposals and RFPs, handling claims and litigation, and ensuring compliance. You will lead negotiations for complex infrastructure project contracts and develop a high-performing legal team. This position will be Hybrid or Remote in nature, preferably based in Virginia. Other major hub cities for our business and/or where other members of the global legal team are located will be considered (in order of preference; Chicago, Toronto, San Francisco, Vancouver, New York).
